How the role will look:

This role is an essential sales position within the business.

You will develop and execute a business development plan and manage and expand key customers with the ambition to progress into being an expert or manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Expanding our presence within new clients, identifying and chasing new leads
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues and develop business
- with the judgment to know when to pass or escalate a client challenge

  • Increase revenue with clients, identify and deliver on client leads
  • Growth and expansion of accounts
  • Develop and plan margin and revenue growth through account development
  • Assisting delivery by expanding accounts, generating business and passing to the delivery team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Fully understand the client's requirements identifying opportunities to upsell
  • Participate in conference calls and briefings
  • Liaise with the sales and delivery team ensuring we are meeting
  • SLAs and maximising activity
  • Writing and posting adverts
  • Headhunting and networking on LinkedIn
  • Meet and where possible exceed customer satisfaction levels

What you will need

  • Experience within IT recruitment and with business development responsibilities
  • Worked in a 360 recruitment role previously
  • You must be ready to develop and drive a sales strategy with the ability to manage and expand acquired accounts
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships
  • Highly capable of business development and delivery in a specific market
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment process
  • Drive, ambition, commitment, and an outstanding work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, confident and articulate with great attention to detail
  • A high achiever recruitment is not a 95 job; we like people who want to go the extra mile and are determined to achieve their goals in life
