    We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Group Financial Reporting Manager.

    This pivotal position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial reporting processes while providing timely and insightful information to stakeholders.

    Financial Reporting Oversight :
    Manage the preparation of financial reports for the group, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining data integrity.

    Regulatory Compliance :
    Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements and regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
    Assist in the preparation and review of half-year and year-end financial statements to meet regulatory requirements.

    Management Accounts :
    Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.

    Compliance Monitoring :
    Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws, ensuring timely filings.
    Coordinate the monthly consolidation process, ensuring accurate delivery of consolidated financial statements and reports.

    Technical Accounting Expertise :
    Manage technical accounting areas such as share-based payments, provisions, and properties, providing guidance as needed.
    Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
    Establish and review internal controls to ensure effectiveness in safeguarding assets and maintaining data integrity.
    Partner with other departments on technical accounting issues, providing information and support as required.
    Work closely with external auditors and advisors, facilitating audits and providing necessary information and support.

    Ad-Hoc Projects :
    Contribute to ad-hoc projects and requests, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
    Strong technical accounting skills, with an ability to interpret and apply accounting principles and regulations.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyse complex financial information and identify trends and issues.
    Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
    Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting.
    Experience in managing the preparation of financial reports and regulatory filings, including financial statements and VAT returns.
    Strong technical accounting experience, with experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and leading the month-end close process.
    Experience in developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    Experience in liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies, including tax authorities and other financial institutions.
