Site Access Coordinator to join our Major Projects Devonport Royal Dockyard team based in Plymouth, Devon.

Responsibilities


As a
Site Access Coordinator for the Devonport Royal Dockyard, you will fully coordinate all visitors that need to enter the HMNB facility, including booking their vehicles.

Ensuring relevant health and safety, security and compliance checks have been conducted by relevant departments.

This role will require flexibility around start and finish times as certain operational activities will require attendance to ensure they run smoothly.

As
Site Access Coordinator your day to day will include:

  • Maintaining records of all visits applied for, and approvals received
  • Processing visits pass requests to Babcock security in line with client process
  • Chasing approvals
  • Communicating with site delivery teams to ensure site access support is provided
  • Attending delivery scheduling meetings where required
  • Working closely with the logistics team to coordinate access proactively where required
  • Dealing with emergency requests
  • Attending security office / site offices where required to resolve issues and prevent access delays
