I am working on behalf of a highly reputable domiciliary care provider who are seeking a Registered Manager for their newly established reablement service in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

This is a new contract working with rapid response at Macclesfield Hospital, ensuring the smooth delivery and outstanding levels of quality to the clients. It is a very fast paced but rewarding opportunity with a high quality homecare company

The Company:


  • Deliver bespoke homecare
  • Offer both bespoke homecare and reablement services
  • Provide ongoing support to managers in lots of different areas including: recruitment, marketing, finance etc
  • Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
  • Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression

The role:


  • Managing the day to day running of the branch and delivery of the block contract
  • Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for "Outstanding"
  • Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including Macclesfield hospital and CQC
  • Manage and lead the team
  • Opportunity to progress into an operational role

Required competencies:


  • Previous domiciliary care experience, preferably at management level
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of Macclesfield area desirable
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering highquality care
You MUST have worked within a care setting at management level.
