Exciting opportunity to join our Customer Contact Team at our flagship offices in Horncastle
PSPS are recruiting Customer Contact Assistants to join our well-established team, based at our bespoke offices in Horncastle.

We are looking for quick thinking, solution focused individuals, who work with one team approach to improve standards and service.
Our cohort recruitment package enables Assistants to join our 6-month programme of exclusive training and mentoring, with ongoing development and support.
What you'll need to do the role
- You will communicate effectively by telephone, in writing and face to face.
- Work constructively with others and use own initiative.
- You will hold a high level of experience in dealing with challenging customers and have a high understanding of customer care.
- Be flexible and adaptable to service requirements and change.
- You will have a grade C or above in Maths and English and be competent in use of Microsoft Office.
- Be confident to actively promote all self
- Have had previous experience in working in a customer environment.
- Have a full driving license and own transport, as occasional travel between sites may be required.
