_Petrofac is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance - __Contractor for 6 _**
_months based in Great Yarmouth, UK._

_ The role is outside IR35 and we invite Limited Companies to engage._

Scope of Services:


  • Maintain the Contract Quality Management System for ENI Hewett contract.
  • Maintain and monitor each contract team's progress against the established Contract Quality Plan (CQP).
  • Maintain, develop and accept quality documentation and records.
  • Review and acceptance of purchase requisitions and accompanying documentation (including SDRLs, specifications and qualityrelated instructions).
  • Review and acceptance of subcontractor documentation.
  • Support Supply Chain with supplier performance monitoring activities
  • Review and accept work packs at the development and closeout stages.
  • Attend project and department meetings (where required).
  • Compile management reports (where required) and developing and maintaining Quality related KPIs.
  • Provide assurance for the Management of Change (MOC) process including reviewing CPs and ensuring compliance with the established process.
  • Manage the completion of corrective actions related to designated projects and locations including the recording, investigation and action management of Quality Incidents.
  • Actively participate in identifying and raising Lessons Learned and Improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with QC Inspection team and participate in selected QC activities.
  • Conduct assigned internal and second party audits.
  • Facilitate customer and regulatory audits at designated location(s).
  • Provide advice and guidance on all Quality matters related to designated contracts and locations.
  • EPRD for ENI Hewett Decommissioning Assurance activities. Support the EPRD team to ensure all quality, assurance and verification activities are being met as the platforms are decommissioned and move into Lighthouse mode.
