Onboarding Executive


We are looking for a process driven individual who is motivated and organised to assist the digital marketing team's account managers with a variety of tasks.

This role will play a key part in supporting the onboarding and growth of our digital marketing client base.

The work you do will help our independent car dealers grow their businesses - selling more used vehicles, more profitably, more often.


What a typical week looks like and responsibilities


You'll be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional onboarding experiences to new clients, working with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient onboarding.

You'll be creating campaigns by working with your clients to understand their needs, adjusting and adapting accordingly, then seamlessly handing over to the account managers.


You'll have regular catch ups with the digital marketing team to share ideas, discuss trends or changes, and review campaigns.

You'll also work with the sales team to support them as needed, and with web development to make changes as needed.


About you (skills and experience)
Ideally at least 2 years' experience in customer service

Have experience in digital marketing

Have a good understanding of digital marketing

Excellent written & verbal communication

Demonstrate a passion for all things digital

Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads

Good understanding of website analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEM Rush

Whilst we can support working from home if you wish, you would need to be comfortable commuting into the office when needed.


Contract type:
Permanent, 35 hours per week

Competitive commensurate with experience
