Make your work count If you want to feel personal fulfilment from a career with real meaning, consider Rowcroft Hospice.

We offer purposeful work in a uniquely progressive environment.

Our shops are at the very heart of our communities and include High Street, Boutique, Vintage, Furniture & Electrical, as well as Ella's, our Café Lounges and Mobile Café.

Working as part of our small but incredible warehouse team, this is a key role which provides a fascinating and rewarding insight into the world of charity retail as well as our online platforms, including sustainable fashion and other donated items.

You will also learn about the commercial aspects and challenges to our retail business, so that we continue to operate efficiently to ensure we generate as much income as possible.

To be successful in this role you will be a brilliant and committed team player, hard-working, reliable, and enthusiastic.

You must be willing to work collaboratively to meet the needs of the service and respond positively to what is an ever-changing retail environment.

A commercial awareness and some retail knowledge around brands/trends, would be advantageous.

You will be driven by our cause and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team - to deliver on our strategy takes real teamwork, energy and passion, no two days are ever the same

What's in it for you? You will be supported and encouraged to innovate and to try new things. Our scope of work and our confident organisational vision creates opportunities for progress and development. And we work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive and welcoming. It can be tough. We don't shy away from that. But you'll see clearly see the importance and impact of your work and feel recognised and part of something remarkable.
