Description

Braeburn Home is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in the daily operations of food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:

Work as a team to ensure that orders are prepared and served as scheduled.
Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and served with culinary attention and speed.
Clean and sanitize workstations, surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to standard procedures.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and away from contact with the products of other departments.
Follow all health and safety standards, including COVID19 protocols.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
Work with other team members as part of the service team.
Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food preparation or service is preferred.
Must be able to read and follow recipes.
Must be able to work well with others.
