    Nestled in the charming harbor town of Stromness, our close-knit team seeks a dedicated Salaried GP/Partner to join, offering 6-8 sessions weekly at a competitive rate of £10,000 per session annually.

    With panoramic views, exquisite beaches, and endless coastlines, Orkney promises serenity and tranquility. It's no wonder it's been acclaimed as the finest place to reside in Scotland for eight consecutive years.

    Operating under a General Medical Services contract, our bustling practice collaborates with NHS Orkney, catering to 3100 patients. Our multi-disciplinary team includes GP partners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and administrative staff, complemented by NHS Pharmacists, Community Nurses, and more. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with external healthcare professionals.

    As a SCOTGem Training Practice, we mentor medical students and host GPs through the Rural Fellowship Scheme, fostering a dynamic learning environment. We invite applications from skilled GPs and those at the onset of their careers looking to expand their clinical expertise through holistic care in remote settings.

    An exciting opportunity exists in Diving Medicine, including hyperbaric work, with comprehensive training and support from the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary Hyperbaric Medicine Unit. The role does not entail GP Out of Hours responsibilities.

    Eligible candidates may qualify for a Golden Hello as an additional incentive.
