This critical learner support role will provide advice and guidance services to learners who want support in making choices that will affect their next step in education and/or working lives.

Clients include adults, the unemployed, career-changers and learners in colleges and further education.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all learners receive an exceptional learning experience which adds significant value to their learning, development, and progress.

This role requires individuals to be caring, ambitious and emotionally intelligent so that their service meets the needs of our diverse learners in the aim to influence their next steps in work and life.

This role influences our learners' futures and, at times, can change their life.
