Jordans Cars, located in Hull became the first Fiat Super centre outside of London in 2011, encompassing the Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Abarth brands.

Jordans are seeking to recruit an experienced part time Sales Administrator, to strengthen their team.

This person will work 3 days per week (21 hours), Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 5pm (with 1 hour for lunch).

Working within a small team, you will be provided with full training to be able to excel in this busy and versatile role.


The role will involve:

  • Sales administration of new and used vehicles.
  • Taxing vehicles.
  • Setting up different products customers may purchase.
  • Processing finance documents.
  • Using the DMS system Pinnacle.
  • Invoicing vehicles.
  • Processing private number plates.
  • Phoning and liaising with customers/enquires.
  • Liaising with external organisations.
  • An experienced office administrator.
  • Be flexible in being able to cover holidays and busy periods.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages.
