Description

Rix began as ship owners in the 1870's however, shipping is only a small part of what we do today.

With our diverse activities ranging from stevedoring, warehousing, and car retailing through to fuel distribution, manufacturing, grain drying and property development we have a range of skills and assets

Our Accounts team are recruiting for a part time administrator to support the function as a whole. The accounts team are an integral part of the operation at our head office based in Hull.

We are looking for someone with all-round administration and communication skills and who is able to work in a fast paced environment without jeopardising the quality of their work.


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Experience of Microsoft 36
  • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in person and in writing
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Professional at all times
