Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator in Exeter to join a well-established Wealth Management firm.

Our client specialize in all things finance, working with clients on everything from pensions, investments, insurance and Mortgages.

Due to continued success within the firm over the last year, they are looking to bring on a Mortgage Administrator.

You will be able to utilize your experience and skills in the Mortgage industry and support the brokers with general administration and compliance.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Preparing and sending documents to clients
Using their backoffice system to update information
Liaising with product providers
Gather all documentation to ensure a smooth process for clients
General administration duties such as communication, filing, scanning etc
Working to a high level of compliance and FCA regulations

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 2 years working in a role with similar duties
Current knowledge of the mortgage industry
Experience working with high compliance and regulative nature
Family with Intelligent Office and mortgage Brain ideal
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Enjoy building relationships with brokers and clients
