Permanent contract

Full-time role and hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in our London office each week


The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.


Having grown in size and complexity over recent years, the need has arisen to recruit a new Head of Governance to develop a best in class governance framework for the future.

Your role will ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the Board, its various committees and the Director's team, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance as well as a continued focus on core strategic priorities.


At a formative stage, you will have the opportunity to shape the role from scratch which will include the recruitment of an assistant in time and a focus on continuous improvement.
