    Our client is a well-known contractor specializing in energies & services and proudly part of a global industrial group. Their expertise covers building design, construction, and infrastructure maintenance worldwide.


    We currently offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Electrician to join our FM team in Brentford; you will split your time between Brentford site, another site in Paddington, and our head office in Waterloo, as needed.

    This is a permanent, full-time role with 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.


    The role:

    • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
    • Supporting both the trade team and subcontractors to ensure all work meets contract specifications and client satisfaction
    • Assigning reactive/PPM tasks and ensuring work aligns with the performance monitoring system
    • Assisting in planning and organizing work for direct and contract labor to meet cost and time targets
    • Aiding in material and service orders, maintaining records, and stock control
    • Supporting estimates, site measurements, and cost control information
    • Identifying chargeable works and appropriately recording them
    • Monitoring staff performance and sickness absence, handling disciplinary matters if needed
    • Carrying out AP/RP duties
    • Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

    The person:

    • Must have a recognized electrical apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications up to level 3 (theory and practice) in a related electrical field with industry experience
    • Proven track record in maintenance/hard services within Facilities Management
    • Willingness to acquire cross-skilling
    • Client-focused, capable of taking charge of projects/issues and resolving them
    • Experience in managing and maintaining a safe system of works (SSoW)
    • Effective communication skills with clients, peers, team, and senior management
    • Proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
    • Demonstrated planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to demonstrate using initiative and judgment to solve problems
    • Thorough knowledge of Health and Safety procedures; formal training is a plus
    • Must possess a current, full driving license
