Description

We are looking for customer-focused hospitality superstars with a passion for fine dining and trendy restaurants to join us on a
temporary basis between September - December, with the possibility to go permanent.

If you love food, enjoy eating out and discover new dining experiences, then we'd love to hear from you.


MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Management of members' requests
  • Build relationships and rapport with our members
  • Administration
  • Member Satisfaction
  • Build relationships and rapport with our suppliers (restaurants)

Requirements:


Minimum Requirements

  • In possession of valid work authorization for the United Kingdom
  • Must have extensive knowledge of local highend dining or trendy restaurants (London/UK, other European locations are a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written English (other European language is a plus)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, passion for delighting customers
  • Hospitality, concierge or fine dining restaurant experience is desirable
  • Passionate about engaging with members
  • Administration

  • Computer literacy
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Flexibility to work shifts:


  • Ability to start employment in September 202
  • Mon-Fri with weekend day every fortnight and 2 late shifts a week or
  • Tues-Sat with 1 late shift a week or
  • Sun-Thu with 1 late shift a week
- (all core shifts start between 8-10 am)
