The Job...

The Marketing Executive will report into, and work closely with, the owner of the business and an external marketing consultant (someone you can really learn from, with vast experience).

This business is growing fast and, for the right person, over timethis role could evolve into a Marketing Manager position.

You'll be responsible for:

Turning the business into the leading and goto content repurposing agency for the B2B technology sector, globally.
Owning and developing the overall marketing and content plan, including their podcast, blog, newsletter, video and social media content.
Developing new lead generation campaigns and also improving the performance of existing lead generation marketing activity.
Creating new lead magnets such as landing pages, case studies and upgrading preexisting content.
Identifying speaking (events, podcasts, webinars) and sponsorship opportunities.
Creating the company's own thought leadership networking events, roundtables, and social events.
Implementing paid marketing campaigns including paid social and PPC, working with third party providers where necessary.
Helping the owner develop their own personal brand (particularly on LinkedIn).
Analysing, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness/ROI of all marketing campaigns.

About You...

If you're an ambitious, driven marketer, with at least 3 years experience in the capacity of Marketing Executive / Digtial Marketing Executive, and want to move to a growing business with plenty of opportunity for career progression, this could be a greatopportunity for you.

Here's some of the experience you need to be able to demonstrate:

Excellent copywriting / content writing / content editing skills.
Experience of B2B marketing; if you have experience of B2B marketing in the technology sector, you'll really stand out.
Proven ability to review content against brand and tone of voice guidelines, maintaining brand values at all times.
Expertise in social media management including content creation, content scheduling, building audiences and nurturing engagement.
Experience of video marketing, and strong knowledge of YouTube.
Experience in working with podcasts/in the podcast industry.
A fantastic attention to detail poor grammar, spelling, and content formatting should really annoy you.
