Sunfield Specialist School and Children's Home is located in the beautiful Clent Hills, West Midlands.

Sunfield provides innovative and experiential education, inspired by Rudolf Steiner, William Morris and John Ruskin, and supports young people years) with complex learning needs, including autism and pathological demand avoidance (PDA).

Teaching Assistant

Actual Salary for Under 23 Years of Age £15,148

Actual Salary for Over 23 Years of Age £15,680 - £15,834

Salary range FTE

Under 23 Years of Age - £19,742

Over 23 Years of Age - £20,431-£20,627

(dependant on experience and qualifications)
(35 hours per week/40 weeks per year)
This is a part-time position and working hours will be 8.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday,
term time only.

This role includes an additional Responsibility Allowance of Up to £1,500
