AK Teaching, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate _
Behaviour Support Assistants _to join our team and work within SEND schools.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide onetoone or small group support to students with SEND across various age groups.
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies to support positive outcomes for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:


  • Comfortable working with a range of ages, as the role involves supporting students across different age groups.
  • Prior experience working with SEND is highly beneficial.
  • Those with a supporting teaching and learning or childcare qualification (level 2/3) are encouraged to apply.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday; no weekends.

£85.00-£95.00 per day
