Based in the venue control room, act as a radio control link and information logits for arena events.

To be diligent and ensure that lines of enquiry are escalated to the relevant personnel.

To drive a "Can Do" culture throughout the business to identify and resolve operational challenges.

In conjunction with the Security Officer, have sound knowledge and understanding of the venue's CCTV system.
