Our state-of-the-art clinic delivers what we believe to be the best solution to permanent body fat reduction in a luxury environment.

"If you can pinch it, we can take it" Stubborn fat, it's all we do. While many cosmetic practices offer a wide range of plastic surgery services but specialize in none, we focus exclusively on body contouring through the mínimally invasive removal of unwanted fat using our patented cutting-edge AirSculpt technology. Patients are awake during the procedure and can listen to music or chat with a friend while we sculpt their body's shape to their specific liking. No area is off-limits. We don't use needles, scalpels, or stitches; just exceptional technology wielded by skilled surgeons with precise care.

The Opportunity

As the first person our patients/prospective patients meet, you are the first impression of the clinic.

The Patient Concierge is a key link in our relationships with new consultations/patients and must have the ability to connect with people on a professional and friendly level to instill trust and confidence.

The main objective of this role is to ensure that all patients and prospective patients receive top quality attention and care in the interactions they have with the Practice - whether in person or over the phone.

The Patient Concierge will partner closely with all staff members to achieve operational goals. Previous experience within a luxury private healthcare environment is beneficial as well as experience in any luxury market, (e.g. retail, travel, beauty etc.).

Having a genuine interest in developing a career within the rapidly expanding medical aesthetics industry will also be an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Welcome and make patients and prospective patients comfortable
  • Accurately book, change and cancel appointments
  • Create, maintain and file medical records
  • Ensure that the checkin and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing transactions accurately
  • Provide detailed descriptions of AirSculpt to all inquiring patients
  • Handle patients' questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
  • Maintain a clean, safe, fullystocked and wellorganized work area
  • Independently ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low
  • Assist in all areas of daily operation including Ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by the Practice Manager
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of our facility, core values, and our surgeons' expertise
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of surgical body sculpting and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures
  • Contribute to our online presence by soliciting positive online reviews from happy patients.


There will be a rota to ensure there is adequate cover for opening times in the evening and at weekends.

There will be several shift patterns available which will be discussed during the interview process, but all team members will need to be prepared to cover some evenings and weekends.
