Salary:
£23,000 - £24,000 + Excellent Benefits


A great opportunity for an
Administrator to join a well-established property management company specialising in leasehold, block, and estate management.

Salary circa £24,000 plus healthcare, pension, season ticket loan and many other great benefits.


The Role:


The
Administrator will manage residential portfolios and deal with landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring all activities are in accordance with the service level agreements between the company and clients.

The role is busy and varied and offersa great career, you will have the opportunity to assist in on-site projects, working with budgets and helping seek out new business.

You will also be involved in the finances and administration for big refurbishments for clients and reporting back to management.


Skills & Experience:


  • Experience working as an Administrator or PA or Property Administrator or Office Support or Admin Assistant
  • Experience working in the property industry
  • IRPM, ARLA, NFOPP or other industry qualifications
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience with Tramps system
  • Desirable
  • Positive attitude with a good work ethic
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Driving Licence
