Description

Brockholes is Lancashire Wildlife Trust's flagship nature reserve, and is also home to an award-winning, floating Visitor Village, which plays host to a lakeside cafe and shop, conference, wedding and event venue.

The role of Kitchen Porter will involve working within the busy catering team in assisting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen to ensure the highest of standards are kept throughout.

The role will vary day to day therefore requires someone with flexibility along with the right skill set and experience of working within a similar role.

The role is to be offered on a 6 month initial contract with a view to becoming permanent and will be 12 hours minimum per week on a variable shift pattern.
