Description

My client based in Stockton is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team on a temp to perm basis

Duties include:

Follow the approval process for the first off, inprocess and last off checks
Inspect and gauge product as described in the inspection instruction sheets and gauge standard operating procedures to ensure product complies with specification
Use general measurement equipment such as verniers, micrometres and weighing scales
Use dedicated measurement devices and equipment such as gloss metres
Work closely with the quality engineers and production department in order to maintain acceptable customer standards for quality
Being able to communicate effectively at all levels with staff across the business
Competent using a computer with the ability to navigate across systems, Microsoft and mailing servers

Rate:
£11.75 basic rate, shift allowance for backs and nights, overtime rates also available

Days, Backs, Nights
