Customer Retentions Agent

Remote working

Permanent, full-time contract. 5 days a week on a 2-week rota. Monday - Friday and Tuesday - Saturday working 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

£23,000 basic per annum plus bonus scheme to increase earnings

But to do this, we need to hire the best, that's where you come in

As a Customer Retentions Advisor, you will:

Be the first point of contact for inbound retention calls
Keep current customers onboard and prevent them from cancelling
Upsell services to retain customers
Maintain customer records on our inhouse system, ensuring their details are accurate and up to date
Hitting outbound call targets to live customers to resign them up to our services
General administration duties as required
Reporting across retentions data
