*Regional Sales Manager
Remote based covering the South Wales region
Full-time, 5 days between Monday - Sunday
£45,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £35,000)
£500 a month car allowance*

*Regional Sales Manager duties:

  • As a Regional Sales Manager you will be leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across the South Wales region.
  • Building a quality team, capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
  • Autonomy to manage your headcount and budget to achieve your targets
  • Coach and manage your team to sell fibre broadband, and affiliated products, to primarily the B2C market

*Essential Requirements*- A full UK driving license

  • Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
  • Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Leadership
  • Evidence of performance management
