What will you doMonitor Performance within the Team
Monitor the performance of all Distribution Operators
Ensure appropriate staffing levels on a shift-by-shift basis
Effective management of people issues including absence and capabilities
Drive safety culture and maintain 5S standards
Report near misses and ensure all relevant PPE is being worn
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and controlled.
Ensure all product is of the highest quality following cGMP and SOPs
Conduct effective shift handovers
Conduct process audits to ensure compliance
Perform investigations of equipment, errors, people, quality ,and safety
Conduct yearly appraisals for your team in accordance with company Goals
Perform customer audits of the area of work
