ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
This is a strategically important role, particularly considering the transformation the business is undergoing. This role will support the organization in understanding our consumers better to communicate to them most effectively.

This role will follow the consumers throughout the entire journey, provide necessary inputs into activation strategies in accordance with the consumer trends and manage the performance tracking for Activation within the UK&I markets.

The key deliverables for this role are to provide actionable insights and clear recommendations derived from multiple sources of data which will eventually be put into action through the strategies and plans for Activation.


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Diagnosing challenges & opportunities across Activation channels
  • Develop consumer insights through analysing multiple sources and harness findings
  • Translate data & information into impactful and actionable insights
  • Guiding the Activation channels on imterpretation and implications of their performances
  • Optimisation of marketing efforts through effectiveness analysis
  • Plan, track and report on all marketing initiatives
  • Support develeopment and embedding new data capabilities in the business
  • Development of shortterm and longterm Activation strategies

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have the ability to synthesize data, indentify consumer trends & key opportunities in the market and provide actionable insights based on all avaialable information?
  • Are you up to the challenge to improve your potential?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role, in a corporate environment or agency
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of the influence of macro and micro economic, business, environmental and consumer trends and their relationships.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to deliver the insights effectively to the wider team/ business
  • Passionate about building brands and understanding consumer segments and their needs
  • Degree at 2:1 or above.

  • English (fluent)
