We are currently seeking skilled Steel Erectors for a Water Treatment works project in Aylesbury.

Starting on Monday 25th of March for at least a month. 10 hour days available.

Applicants require a valid CSCS skills card, CPCS slinger / signaller and Thames Water treatment card.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to blueprints and specifications
Weld components together using various welding techniques, such as stick welding
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and manipulate metal
Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Ironworker or similar role
Proficient in sheet metal fabrication and welding techniques
Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metalworking
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
