One of our global media clients is looking for a Change Manager to design and implement change and communications plans on a Location Strategy Organisational Design programme


Role:
Change Manager

Duration: 6 months


Day Rate:
£600pd - £650pd outside IR35


Location:
London (hybrid)


Required Start date:
ASAP (maximum 2 weeks' notice period)

The Hiring Manager describes the role as:
"As Change Manager you will be engaging with stakeholders within the programme team, HR leaders, and functional teams. This is a global role, so you will also engage with stakeholders in locations across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will be delivering the designand implementation of change and communications plans to ensure the embedding of operational design efficiencies as part of the wider Location Strategy."


You will be responsible for:

  • Design and implement change and communications plans, liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure that the change strategy aligns with the overall business programme aims
  • Create and deliver on change plans in line with impact analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders across various functions including HR, functional teams and programme teams
  • Working with teams in multiple geographies to deliver the change globally
In order to be successful in the role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of delivering change on operating model/location strategy projects within a wider SSC/GBS programme
  • A clear understanding of the unique impacts of organisational change on organisations
  • Experience delivering on organisational design projects, with an emphasis on efficiency and adaptability
  • Clear written and oral communication skills, with an ability to engage with both regional and global stakeholders of varying seniority
