We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and shape our digital products' user experience.

We are an extremely fastgrowing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewellery industry operates. We connect buyers and sellers of jewellery on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent, efficient and costeffective way for the jewellery industry to sell and buy jewellery.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand project goals and requirements. Conduct and contribute to user research activities to gather insights that inform the design process. Plan and execute design validation through usability testing, ensuring that user feedback is incorporated into the design iteration process.
Design and iterate on features for a B2B marketplace in order to power the next generation of jewellery businesses Deliver highquality visual design assets and specifications for both mobile and web implementation. Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products. Ensure implemented designs are monitored for success by driving the measurement of user behaviour through product analytics and other quantifiable research practices
What you'll need:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on 2
sided digital platforms.

Proven experience conducting user research and using insights to drive design decisions. Experience planning and conducting usability testing for design validation. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on marketplace products. Experience with luxury markets, Shopify or B2B marketplaces is a bonus Proficient in design and prototyping tools. Demonstrated ability to deliver components for and contribute to a design system. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
