Account Management Executive

Home-based role, reporting to Director - All Ireland


Are you looking for a new home-based role in Ireland? Do you have previous account management experience? We might have the perfect role for you...


Purpose:


Manage a network of accredited training providers to maximize sales of our client's products while maintaining the quality of delivery and ensuring network coverage.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide account management to providers across Ireland
  • Identify and recruit new providers to fill coverage gaps
  • Identify and engage with freelance instructors to supplement the current offering
  • Support QA activity to maintain our client's standards
  • Carry out secretarial duties for Council meetings, and provide administrative support for projects and Industry Champions program.
  • Arrange promotional activities and events to promote the brand

About You:


  • Strong Customer Account Management experience
  • Ability to develop Strong knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Must have a valid driving license (occasional travel may be required)
