Who we are looking for:

We are a specialist company manufacturing fixtures & fittings.

We are looking for an Injection Moulding Operator to safely operate all injection moulding machinery used in the production of fixtures & fittings.

What you'll do:

Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks as necessary.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

What you bring:

Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities.
Ability to assemble and disassemble molds and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Proficiency in using hand tools for mold assembly, disassembly, and adjustments.
Mechanical or Manufacturing knowledge to understand machine operations and troubleshoot issues.
Familiarity with logic controllers used in injection molding machines.
Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently during production processes.
Knowledge of tooling concepts and techniques for mold setup and adjustment
