A fantastic 12 month fixed term contract opening has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager in a primary global law firm.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to work with two of the firm's key sectors Banking and Consumer.

This will be is a broad ranging business development role with a heavy focus on client relationship development.

The role holder will focus on supporting the day to day and strategic Business Development requirements of the Banking and Consumer sectors.

It will be your responsibility to drive forward initiatives that you feel would directly impact on the success of the practice.

The Business Development Manager will be tasked with the implementation of sector business development plans and will provide adviceto sector partners on developing and implementing their business development strategy.

Having developed a working understanding of clients and issues in your sectors, you will need to develop strong relationships with the partners, fee earners and other colleaguesin the sector teams.

You will be expected to find ways to enhance the experience of the firm's clients through your daily tasks and must show a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver great service.

Providing ad-hoc client development advice, the successfulapplicant will manage and participate in the annual review process for the client teams of Sector Priority Clients and liaise with experts to package and deliver products for use by client teams to engage with clients.

From a marketing perspective, you willbe responsible for driving thought leadership initiatives and managing internal communications channels.
