Demand Planner

Zeus Personnel are looking for a Demand Planner to join our clients rapidly growing team in their Blackburn HQ within the Ecigarette & vaping industry._

Salary:

£30- £40.000 per annual (negotiable, depending on experience)

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday

9 am - 5:30 pm

Role Responsibilities & Key Duties:

Liaise with key departments on information flow to support the endtoend planning process
Develop and maintain effective forecast models based on customer forecasts, industry trends, product launches, and demand patterns.
Preparation of input, analysis and facilitating monthly demand review
Ownership of improvement initiatives for forecasting and measuring forecast accuracy
Conduct supply planning and communicate to the procurement team on a regular basis
Address demandrelated issues in a timely and effective manner
Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

Skills& Requirements:

Experience with S&OP Implementations
At least 3 years' experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Confident selfstarter who is capable of working autonomously and driving results
Analytical, dynamic, driven, energetic, openminded, authentic, commercial
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with all stakeholders
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to identify and understand patterns and key trends
