A Supply Planner is required to join the Slough-based, Supply Chain Team, of a market-leading organisation. Hybrid / Remote role. Salary in the region of £35 to £40k p/a + bonus

The Supply Planner manages Supply forecasts to meet agreed customer service levels and inventory targets, you will coordinate logistics for finished goods throughout Europe, via 3PL logistics providers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery to end customers.

What you will do:

Maintain Supply Planning forecasts and data and compile Monthly Supply Plans.
Manage and maintain ERP, Supply Chain, master data
Align Supply forecasts with Demand Plans.
Run capacity plans for raw material shortages in manufacturing sites
Track KPIs and SLAs including inventory, obsolescence, and wastage.
Monitor logistics shipments to identify exceptions and issues with 3Pls
Support Supply Chain projects including changes of suppliers and logistics routes, NPD and NPI etc

Who we are looking for:

Expert Supply Planning knowledge is essential, aligned with strong Stock and Inventory awareness
Good overall Supply Chain understanding including Suppliers, Logistics, Manufacturing etc
Applicants from regulated industries, Food, Pharmaceutical, Medical devices etc
Highly IT literate: Intermediate / Advanced Excel is essential, SAP or Oracle ERP is beneficial
Ideally, you will have an industry Specific Supply Chain qualification, APICs or CIPS is advantageous.
Possessing excellent analytical skills and being commercially minded your CV will example cost reductions and processes improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are already based in the UK and can work and remain in the UK on an indefinite basis

Hybrid / Remote work policy. Ideally one day per week in Slough, or Monthly as a minimum
