About You:

Experience of working in a customer service environment and can demonstrate experience and understanding of your area of expertise
Proven track record of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and under direction from line manager

About The Role:

Works within defined processes, liaising with operational teams as appropriate, to deliver effective and efficient administrative support
Participate in projects and on multifunctional teams providing advice and contribution in relation to the activities of the team
