Due to our sustained period of growth, OCU Utility Services now have a new opportunity for an experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our INICT team in Leeds.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Project and Delivery Managers.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure a consistent workflow is achieved on a daily basis, by supporting the Project/Delivery teams.
  • Operating the client work management platform.
  • Allocation and distribution of work.
  • Dealing with operational issues from engineers.
  • Daily whereabouts submission.
  • Daily spread sheet/work tracker editing.
  • Any Adhoc duties.

Skills and Experience:


  • Able to work well under pressure with good organisational abilities.
  • Knowledgeable with spreadsheets and other mainstream Microsoft office software.
  • Must have reasonable knowledge regarding FTTP/PON network builds and how they work.
  • KCom/Openreach network experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to stay motivated and productive.
