About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Team based in our Head Office.

The role will involve looking after reception and our main switchboard as well as HR Administration and general administration duties which will include but not exhaustive:


  • General reception duties
  • Monthly sales invoicing.
  • Review training matrix and arrange training as required.
  • Manage the admin for our elearning portal.
  • Produce HR reports and HR administration as required.
  • Supporting marketing with event planning
  • Wellness committee administration.
  • Other administration tasks as required to support the business includes but not limited to preparing quotes, raising PO's, typing letters, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.

About You


We need someone with a proven track record in similar roles who can work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Attention to detail will be important as will good organisation skills and time management. You will need to be proficient in MS Office and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Teamwork is key in this role as you will be working across the whole business supporting various teams with administration tasks.
