Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join the team within our Transform division in Aberdeen.


Labourer will act as an assistant to the other trades and will use all blasting, hand tools, power tools, air tools, small heavy equipment, and act as assistants to other trades, e.g.

operators or cement masons.


Essential Job Functions

  • Follows instructions given by the construction management team and fellow operatives.
  • Ensures tools are signed out and in and are in good working order.
  • Follows all company and site procedures relating to quality, timescales and Health and Safety.
  • Ensures the yard and warehouse is kept clean and in good order.
  • Responsible for PAT testing of all tools.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading of material and forklift maintenance.
  • Responsible for the general upkeep of the office.

Qualifications and Experience

  • CSCS card in Construction
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • Forklift Certificate
  • PASMA Certificate
  • PAT Testing (can be trained if required)

Skills and any other requirements

  • Be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities.
  • Be able to prioritise work in a heavily changeable environment
  • Ability to travel to different locations as required.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information and exercise sound judgement.
  • Be able to communicate with management level of personnel within and outwith the organisation.
  • Planning and Problem-Solving skills and the ability to adapt.
  • Must pass any Company or Client drug screens.
