Description

We are currently looking to increase our team of eLearning Administrators for our Training Department, where we are responsible for the development of web-based educational eLearning courses in event security.

Based at the Showsec Head Office by the historic New Walk in Leicester City Centre and located within walking distance of Leicester train station and the main shopping areas, Showsec' s offices offer a vibrant working environment to a number of head office roles.

What you will be doing

Manage the learning platform (uploading/archiving courses, resetting user passwords and making courses available to learner's)
Analysis and research of content
Design and develop eLearning courses using Articulate 360 either as an individual or part of a team
Troubleshooting/ Testing
Following internal processes for course development and administrative duties

What Showsec can offer you

A rate of £12.22 per hour comprising a pay rate of £10.90 and indicative holiday pay of £1.32 per hour. It is indicative because holiday pay is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked in accordance with your average pay rate over the previous 52 worked weeks. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly.

What we need from you

Prior knowledge of Storyline 360 software desired but not essential
A background in any of the following areas: Media/Graphic Design/Marketing/eLearning desired but not essential
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
