My client are a growing consulting business supporting an enviable portfolio of corporate customers.

As part of this growth they seek an Operations Manager to join the team on a part-time basis.


The successful individual should bring a 'can-do' attitude and be ready to take on a diverse range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

This role is pivotal in overseeing project timelines and finances (including overseeing the completion of timesheets, developing and monitoring KPIs)), organising team events, and leading internal improvement projects.


The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our culture of leadership development and ensuring that our operational practices align with our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee daily operations with project oversight.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and adherence to timesheets.
  • Organise and coordinate team events, fostering a strong team spirit and collaboration.
  • Lead, support, and implement internal improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help plan and coordinate meetings for our leadership team.
  • Promote and embody our culture of leadership development, encouraging team members to take initiative and lead at all levels.
  • Address operational challenges with a proactive, problemsolving approach, ensuring smooth business functions.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in operations management or executive suppport.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of fostering team development and leading by example.
  • Excellent organisational, capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • A proactive 'cando' attitude, ready to tackle challenges and drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation.


This is a permanent role for two days per week or the equivalent hours and is available on a hybrid basis.

The salary advertised is the full time equivalent salary, this will be pro-rata.

£35,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
