Accounts Clerk
The Accounts Clerk will assist the Accounts Supervisor.

Main duties will include bank reconciliations and administration and analysis of electronic expenses systems, as well as some support of accounts payable functions.

This role involves ensuring accuracy of transactional record keeping, and administration of expenses in line with internal processes.


Key Accountabilities

  • Bank Reconciliations for five bank accounts with three different currencies.
  • Accurate and timely posting of cash transactions.
  • Administration of electronic expenses system for Corporate Cards.
  • Administration of electronic petty cash for the Aga shops.
  • Providing support to Aga Shops for accounts queries.
  • Supporting Accounts Payable functions as required.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required.

Key Competencies

  • Focused approach to maintaining transactional detail, processes and balances.
  • Capable of processing cash transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Experience of expense administration and management.
  • Proficiency with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel, Accounting Systems and Web-based services.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team to enable smooth running of transactional process.
