- Assess 3P training providers to verify that they operate compliantly with contractual requirements.
- Provide precise assessment reports to vendors, with clear finding details, and actionable short / mid / long-term corrective and preventative action suggestions, thus helping them achieve and maintain compliance requirements.
- Monitor, report and support training quality improvement on key learning metrics.
- Provide support for 3P training provider through a site level communication bridge.
- Provide effective reporting for TrEAD managers about the health of 3P training provider performance.
- Bachelor's or Master ́s degree preferably in Operations, Engineering or Logistics
- Experienced in Distribution and/or Fulfilment processes, ideally in fast-paced industrial, logistics or production environment

The Learning Execution team, under the overall umbrella of ACES, owns quality of process training to both sortation associates and DSP-owned delivery drivers, through 3P partners.
To continue to drive process excellence within our Last mile Delivery business, we are looking for self-driven ACES Learning Auditors to work in the driver training (DT) space.
This will be a vendor facing role, covering multiple sites in the country, with a responsibility to audit 3P vendor training execution and quality for the geography.
This role will report to the Driver Training regional manager.
As an ACES Learning Auditor, you will audit DT process at vendor sites to assess quality in both delivery workflow and content, versus the required contractual service level.
You will provide standard reporting to the TrEAD (EU Driver Training Team) managers and act as the local point of contact between the country leads and the vendors.
The ACES Learning Auditor will play a key role in the maintenance of the externalized driver training service for their geography.
Your goal is not only to regularly assess vendors through standard auditing tools, but also to develop a deep knowledge of the operational processes, in order to be able to evaluate vendor corrective actions when needed.
Effective communication and feedback will be required.The ACES Learning Auditor will support 3P training providers to achieve the expected benchmark, and will track key performance metrics to evaluate trends.
Key job responsibilitiesAs the first-hand vendor contact in the local DT space, you will work to contribute to training benchmarking and standardization.
In this position, you are a key driver for successful order execution by the drivers and thus positively influence our customer satisfaction.
This role will be based in a delivery station, within a specific area of the country, with a travel expectation of up to 80% of total working time.
