Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our New Homes department in all areas of administration.
  • Craft and manage a comprehensive contact database for seamless communication with clients and partners.
  • Identify business opportunities from incoming enquiries.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through project management and communication.
  • Work collaboratively in a small team with organizational skills and customer-centric focus.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full Clean UK Driving License.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and self-starter abilities.
  • Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience: Sales Negotiator: 2 years (required)
