About the Role:
Holroyd have an interesting and varied role for an enthusiastic, personable administrator.
We're looking for someone who can manage and make travel arrangements for our busy engineers and managers who travel globally.
Travel Administrator Requirements:
You will manage the full travel life cycle from initial enquiry through to supporting the traveller until they return.
Travel can be very cyclical and can vary from no travel to - 3 trips needing organising at the same time, so the ability to multitask is key.
In addition to supporting employees that travel, you will provide admin support to two senior directors and HR. You should be well organised, confident, commercially minded and enjoy a job with variety and interaction with others.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own workload and interacting with others.
The must haves:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, attention to detail, methodical and a thorough approach.
- Highly personable, able to build a good working rapport quickly and work with employees at all levels.
- Experience of online travel systems, computer literate with solid experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Ideally some experience of providing administrative support to senior management and HR.
- Good GCSE grades in math and English supported by some form of further development in business administration or equivalent experience.
