Note Taker
Position Overview:
As a Note Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all meetings and events run smoothly by accurately documenting discussions and decisions.
You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will assist with various administrative tasks to support the Business Support team.
Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Attendance: Attend various PLO (Parents Legal Officer) meetings and accurately record all notes and minutes.

Note Taking: Type and organize notes for all meetings to ensure comprehensive documentation.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls and internal and external inquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance.

Document Management: Upload and manage documents to keep information organized and easily accessible.

Calendar Management: Manage appointments, meetings, and events to ensure everything is synchronized and runs smoothly.

Administrative Support: Assist the Business Support team with various administrative tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Administrative and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Proficient touch typing abilities to efficiently capture meeting discussions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy to ensure thorough and precise notetaking.
- Previous experience in notetaking is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in calendar management software/tools.
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£14.91-£19.38 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
