Daily duties and responsibilities

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure we are delivering 5* service
  • Contacting customers to discuss queries on warranty claims and ensuring all customers are being responded to in a timely manner
  • Ensuring accurate data input at all times
  • Identifying solutions from queries given by customers and/or colleagues
  • Liaising with onsite teams to ensure all information is communicated efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining the inbox, uploading customer issues through portal, and ensuring correspondence is kept up to date
  • Overseeing phone calls on a daily basis
  • Producing invoices/credit notes
  • Contacting of TBC appointments and producing accurate paperwork for onsite technicians
  • Logistics coordination
  • Providing courtesy calls to customers following remedial visits and collating feedback for improving processes

Requirements:


  • This is a customer facing role and therefore strong customer service/ customer liaison skills are essential
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads in a fastpaced environment is a must
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills with experience in data inputting
  • Demonstrate strong skills in problem solving and constructive questioning

Pay and conditions:


  • Full time, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday 9am5pm
  • 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1day holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)

We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester on Westcott Venture Park, just off the A41.


Due to our location, we require all applicants to own a driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.

Salary:
£26,500.00 per year
