I am working with a reputable and award-winning organisation in Manchester who are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.

This role will involve working as part of a wider HR Team contributing to the smooth running of the function, employee relations & recruitment

More about the role

Providing strategic advice and support to key stake holders on all people related matters with involvement in disciplinary, investigations and grievance meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
Having responsibility of managing appraisals and ensuring these carried out by managers as and when required.
Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.
Supporting project work including employee engagement and wellbeing and other specific upcoming projects.
